PURPOSE:To attain the system building of a TV conference or a TV education by small sized earth stations by allowing an universe station to receive a video signal wave from a spot beam and allowing earth stations and the universe station to amplify and send the video signal wave independently and respectively. CONSTITUTION:Each communication earth station E1 executing a TV conference gives/receives the common control signal of a sound signal band to/from a control earth station E2 via the total beam B0 of the universe station S1, the common control signal is used to send a request to the control earth station E2 and only one permitted communication earth station E1 sends the video signal wave subjected to large power amplification. The sent video signal wave is received by the universe station S1 via one of spot beams B1-B5. The receiver of the universe station inputting the video signal wave is connected to a transmitter, the video signal wave is amplified singly and sent to the communication earth station E1 via the total beam B0. The sound signal wave is sent freely as required from each communication earth station E1 and relayed via the total beam B0 of the universe station S1. |
