PURPOSE:To display information required for diagnosis such as photographic conditions of a body to be examined, by performing the operation processing and the speed conversion processing of a video signal to output video signals of two systems, namely, 1:1 aspect ratio and a different aspect ratio. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with the first display means 25 which displays a picture at 1:1 aspect ratio, the second display means 26 which displays a picture at 4:3 aspect ratio, and a video processor 80 which performs the operation processing and the speed conversion processing of the video signal outputted from a TV camera 81 and outputs video signals of two systems used for picture display of the first and second display means 25 and 26. Since information required for diagnosis such as photographic conditions of the body to be examined and operation processing conditions of the video signal are displayed sufficiently together with the processed picture, the diagnostic capacity is improved.
