PURPOSE:To contrive to stabilize flow property by connecting a diaphragm to the valve body of a solenoid valve, while on the other hand making a chamber formed by the diaphragm communicate with a negative pressure passage through an orifice and with an atmosphere passage through a passage opened and closed by the plunger of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm chamber 10 formed by a diaphragm 6 connected with the valve body 5 of a solenoid valve 1 is made to communicate with pressure chamber 13 through an orifice 14, while on the other hand, with an atmosphere chamber 12 through a passage 9 formed in the valve body 5 and an orifice 15. A valve seat 3 provided in the plunger 2 of the solenoid valve 1 is installed in a position where the communication between the passage 9 and the orifice 15 is adjusted, therefore when the distance between the valve seat 3 and the opening part of the passage 9 is changed by the influence of a suction negative pressure, the pressure inside the diaphragm chamber 10 acting on the valve body 5 changes and the position of the valve body 5 can be returned, at all times, to a position corresponding to the position of the valve seat 3.
