PURPOSE:To enable measurement of temperature in high precision without causing stagnation and turbulence of material to be extruded, by using a temperature sensor having a channel to pass the material to be extruded, placing the sensor between a cylinder and a die and placing another sensor out of the extrusion channel directing toward the screw. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 18 having a passing channel 11a of extrusion material is placed between a food extrusion die 4 and an extrusion cylinder 1 containing a screw 2 and the sensor is fixed with an adapter 3 and a die connector 10. Another temperature sensor 19 having a form of thin rod is protruded along a direction parallel and opposite to the flowing direction of the extrusion material (the direction of the screw 2) into a cavity other than the passing channel 11a of the first temperature sensor 18.
