PURPOSE:To stabilize each output independently by a simple constitution by separately producing signals controlling the pulse width of a main switching transistor by respective output voltage and alternately applying the signals to the main switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:A main switching transistor 8 is connected in series with a primary winding for a transformer 7, and switching transistors 11, 12 are connected in series with a secondary with a secondary winding. Outputs C, D are transmitted over a pulse generating circuit 4, and pulses produced in the circuit 4 are sent to a control circuit 5. The control circuit 5 drives a base for the transistor 8 through a drive transformer 15 and a resistor 16 while alternately turning the transistors 11, 12 ON-OFF, and interchangeably supplied each output side with energy corresponding to the voltage of respective output.
