PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for evaluation by providing an analysis result processing part and a processing control part after a waveform analyzing circuit and setting a signal production control part between a signal producing circuit and the processing control part. CONSTITUTION:An analysis result processing part 162 and a processing control part 181 are provided after a waveform analyzing circuit 161. Furthermore a signal production control part 172 is set between a signal producing circuit 171 and the part 181. Thus the carrier signals can be written and read automatically for each track and the test conditions are changed successively. Then the C/N ratio between the signal level and the noise level and the second harmonic wave can be printed out successively. In such a way, the time needed for evaluation is greatly shortened.
