PURPOSE:To facilitate machining and to improve work efficiency by providing a clutch piston with an orifice passage communicating with the first hydraulic chamber and the second hydraulic chamber for driving the clutch piston. CONSTITUTION:Clutch pistons 10L, 10R are disposed between a piston housing 3 fixed to a clutch shaft 1 and right and left clutch plate disposing portions, respectively. The clutch pistons are fitted in recess portions formed on the sides of the piston housing in such a manner as to freely advance and retreat to form the second hydraulic chambers 11. Further, the first hydraulic chambers 15 are formed on the clutch shaft 1 side. The respective clutch pistons 10L, 10R are urged to the piston housing 3 side by return springs 12. orifice passages 30 are bored for communicating the first and second hydraulic chambers 15, 11 with each other. Accordingly, machining for forming the orifice passages can be facilitated to improve work efficiency.
