The invention relates to a range of warm air generators whose source of heat involves the storage of heat in water heated up mainly by electricity during periods when it is available at cheaper tariffs. Because of the principle on which they are based, such warm air generators are more robust and less dangerous than those incorporating a combustion chamber; they are fitted with electrical and electronic equipment of the highest quality; their robustness and their flexibility in use, which are proof of their reliability, ensure that they provide the greatest compatibility with the services to be supplied, e.g. in industry. They are suitable for all applications using low temperature warm air in large premises: heating and ventilation of premises occupied only intermittently, warm air operations: drying in tunnels, booths or rooms, large communal kitchens, etc. They can be installed in the open because of a special covering 9 which allows them to be permanently exposed to bad weather. Their multi-purpose nature, particularly as regards their output, enables them simultaneously to serve various types of process and/or heating equipment with water and/or electricity, particularly in the various premises associated with large sites in the industrial and service sectors. They can be supplied with electricity at optimum cost by using an electrical distributor. <IMAGE>
