The present addition relates to a conveyor for containers. This conveyor essentially comprises two endless chains 1 equipped with transverse elements 3 each consisting of an assembly of connecting rods 6, 7, 8 articulated together and on the chains in order to define deformable parallelograms 4 in which containers R may be inserted and which may be actuated via at least one spring or one elastic link 31 connecting the extensions 11, 20 of two opposite sides 7 of the parallelograms. The conveyor of the addition makes it possible to treat containers of diverse shapes. <IMAGE>
