Composite packaging having a tie and a gripping cavity of the tie, to be erected in the form of a sheath or a case. Packaging characterised in that the upper grooving (scoring) 68 and 69 separating the upper face from the longitudinal oblique flaps 23 extend, on either side, through the cut flaps of adjacent corners 53 and 54 and their bonding tab 58 and 59 respectively by segments 70 and 71 for making a continuous folding line enabling the sheath to be correctly formed.
