This collar comprises two half-collars 1, 2 having, at each end, assembly means projecting radially outwards, one of these half-collars having, in its intermediate part, a means 3, 5 for fastening to the wall. In this collar, the assembly means of the half-collars are offset by approximately 45 DEG with respect to the axial plane of the collar passing through the fastening means. This reduces the lateral bulk and allows neighbouring pipelines to be brought closer. <IMAGE>
