PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a transducer, etc., and at the same time, to realize a mechanically highly accurate servo-compensation, by mechanically forming a servo-compensator with a flywheel, gears, etc. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel 22 is supported under a rotation-free condition against an input shaft 26 connected with a coupling 13 and an output shaft 30 connected with a pulse encoder 14. A shaft 33 fitted to the flywheel 22 under a rotation-free condition is connected with the input shaft 26 and output shaft 30 by means of gear mechanisms G1 and G2 and another gear mechanisms G3 and G4, respectively. Moreover, a tension spring 37 is installed between the input shaft 22 or output shaft 30 and flywheel 22. Since a servo-compensator 19 is formed in such a way, no transducer, etc., are required and a mechanically highly accurate servo-compensation can be performed. |
