PURPOSE:To facilitate the changing of an interruption environment without being accompanied by the delay of an interrupting response time by storing an interrupting table (T) defined for the program and plural base addresses (BA) of an interruption T prepared by a system and generating the access address of the interruption T from the selected BA and the interrupting vector. CONSTITUTION:By the signal from an interrupting selecting register 3 to select either of interrupting base registers 1 and 2 to store an interruption T (table) and BA (base address) and an interrupting vector 4, a selecting device 5 operates a selecting device 6, a selected BA1 or 2 receives the modification of the interrupting vector 4 in an address arithmetic device 7 and an access address 8 of the interruption T is generated. When one side interrupting base register is used as for an OS, other side is used as for a user and many independent programs such as a multi-task environment are frequency changed over, the programs can be changed to the interruption environment of respective programs at a high speed only by rewriting two registers of an interrupting base register for the user and an interrupting selecting register 3.
