RUNNER DISCHARGE APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve the runner receiving efficiency of a case, by mounting an apparatus for coarsely grounding the runner separated from a resin sealed molded product at the time of the discharge of said runner. CONSTITUTION:A resin sealed molded product is taken out from a resin sealing mold to be separated into a lead frame and a runner coming to products and the runner 11 is placed on a surface plate 13. When a pusher 12 feeds the runner 11 onto a fixed lower blade 15, a movable upper blade 16 falls to coarsely grind the runner 11. The ground pieces of coarsely ground runner 11 falling on a case 19 is received therein.
