摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the information concerning the three-dimensional shape of an object by detecting the light image position of a pattern luminous flux along the base line direction of an optical system arranged in parallel with an image sensor and measuring respectively the distance of an object corresponding to respective optical images. CONSTITUTION:The optical axes of lenses 1 and 2 having an equal focus distance are arranged in parallel, and an image sensor 4 composed of a mask plate 3 arranging plural fine oblong slit-shaped windows 3 and a two-dimensional charge linking element is arranged on the same plane perpendicular to to the optical axis of the lenses 1 and 2. The luminous flux lighted by a light source 5 and passing through W1 and W2 out of a window 3n forms the light image at the position shown at codes F1 and F2 on an object 6 respectively. Optical images F1 and F2 form the optical images at positions D1 and D2 on the image sensor 4 through the lens 2 respectively. The position of a optical image Dn is shifted on a parallel straight line in the arranging direction of the lenses 1 and 2 by the distance of the refrecting point and the distance distribution of an object 6 surface is detected as the distribution of the density in the horizontal direction of the optical image Dn.
