<p>PURPOSE:To measure human interleukin-2 antibody with high sensitivity by using the anti-recombinant type human interleukin-2 antibody originating in a warm-blooded animal or the fragment thereof as antibodies in an enzyme immunological measurement method of a sandwich method. CONSTITUTION:The anti-recombinant type human interleukin-2 antibody (rIL-2) originating in the warm-blooded animal or the fragment thereof is used for the antibody to be held on a carrier or the fragment thereof. The recombinant type human interleukin-2 (IL-2) is used as an antigen and is inoculated to the warm-blooded animal, for example, rabbit, goat, etc., to obtain the antibody rIL-2. A peroxidase, etc., are used as a labeling agent. The antibody rIL-2 and the labeled antibody rIL-2 are added to the serum to be inspected and after the serum is preserved for the prescribed time at a prescribed temp., the absorbancy thereof is measured and is fitted to a preliminarily made standard curve to calculate the concn. of the antibody rIL-2. Since the anti-recombinant type antibody rIL-2 originating in the warm-blooded animal is used, IL-2 is exactly measured as protein and a slight amt. of IL-2 is made measurable in a clinical inspection.</p> |
