ELECTRIC SWITCH FOR PNEUMATIC SPRINGS

An electric switch for pneumatic springs comprises an electrically insulating body having a discoidal sector (1). The sector (1) has an eccentric hole (2) for fixing it near the free end of the spring shank (3). A window (4) in the sector 1 accommodates a fixed contact (5) connected to the shank (3). A second flexible contact (11) is mounted on the body and in its rest position touches the fixed contacts (5), closing the circuit. An inner tongue (12) extends from the body and is acted on by the cylinder (15) of the spring as the spring is compressed to separate the contact (11) from the fixed contact (5).
