发明名称 PRODUCTION OF PIPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily obtain various pipes with good accuracy by rounding a plate stock by causing the necessary thermal deflection by irradiating a laser beam on the plate stock for pipe making. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 7 is oscillated by a laser oscillator 2, a stage 5 is moved simultaneously by the command of the stage control system 6 and the laser beam 7 irradiates by transferring along the bend line of the plate stock 1 for pipe making. The heat caused on the surface of the plate stock 1 is rapidly diffused to the inner part of the plate stock 1 since it is locally limited. Accordingly a big temp. slope is caused on the front and rear along the bend line (1e) of the plate stock 9 and with its plastic deformation in case of cooling it is bent with the irradiating direction of the laser beam 7 being turned to the inner side. The bending is performed by irradiating from a virtual bend line (1e) upto the virtual bend line (1e) at the center part in order to round in one half circle and the other half is rounded as well to semiround, then, by irradiating upto the virtual bend line (1e) in order from the virtual bend line (1e) at the endmost of the other half. Finally, the taper pipe is obtd. by welding one half of the plate stock 1 and the other end by the laser beam. The workability is increased with through-pipe-making from the bending up to the welding.
