PURPOSE:To reduce the storage space and to obtain an accurate digital value by correcting an A/D conversion output value based on the storage value. CONSTITUTION:A correction value is decided in the relation between a value of a reference voltage 10 and a true reference voltage 11 and the result is stored in a storage device 5. Then an output 10 of a reference voltage generation circuit 1 based on an analog voltage E is supplied to a digital value correction circuit 4 via a double integration circuit 2, a comparator 3 and a digital counter 6, corrected by a correction in the storage device 5 to form a true digital value 15.
