The machine comprises an endless belt turning on vertical shafts; a supporting frame with feet, wheels and drive motor; straight lateral guides sloped to carry the bread dough and adjusted by sliding collars fastened to feet by adjusting screws; a collecting hopper for raw dough; a colcollecting hopper for kneaded dough; and a central distribution unit for air and a distribution main to blow jets of air over the dough portions being made.
