<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and thin terminal equipment by laminating a wiring layer and a liquid crystal layer on an integrated circuit chip which has integrated a pressure sensitive function, a liquid crystal display control function and a data processing function. CONSTITUTION:As for a display/pressure sensitive module 1, a mutual wiring pattern, and a liquid crystal driving pattern, and a liquid crystal are laminated, respectively, on an integrated circuit chip containing a liquid crystal display controlling circuit and a pressure detecting pattern, etc. This module 1 is placed like a matrix in a shape of a plane, and provided with a display part 1a and a pressure sensing part 1b. also, a semiconductor integrated circuit 2 for executing a processing such as an operation, a storage, etc., is placed in other position than a display or input area, for instance, in both side parts of the matrix- shaped arrangement part by the module 1, contained in a case 3, and held and protected. By forming in this way, a small-sized and thin terminal equipment can be obtained.</p> |
