发明名称 STEPPING MOTOR WITH RESIN BRACKET
摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize the motor and make it light and to reduce the leak magnetism by building in the neighbourhood of the control part of the shaft hole of the bracket which is formed by injection molding the thermoplastic resin combined with the iron fiber, and by magnetizing the bracket to the reversed polarity to the polarity on the bracket side of the permanent magnet axially magnetized. CONSTITUTION:The low carbon steel fiber of 300wt.pt. with a fiber diameter 30mum and fiber length 2mm by chattering vibration cutting method is arranged with nylon resin 6 of 100wt.pt. and is melted and kneaded with two-shaft kneading machines to obtain the pellet. Using this pellet, the same shaped bracket is formed as in the electromagnetic pure iron bracket used in the hybride type stepping motor. This bracket is magnetized in flux density of 25 gauss by the use of the permanent magnet with a flux density of 300 gauss setting N pole to the neighbourhood of the shaft hole in the central part and S pole to the peripheral part on the output shaft side while on the opposite side of the output shaft side S pole to the neighbourhood of the shaft hole in the central part and N pole to the peripheral part. This bracket is then built in the motor.
