METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEHYDRATING ORGANIC LIQUID

PURPOSE:To obtain a stable dehydration effect continuously for a long period of time by forcibly cooling an org. liquid to emulsify or suspend the dissolved water then exerting physical force to the org. liquid to accelerate the sepn. of the water. CONSTITUTION:The org. liquid cooled in a cooling tank 1 having a cooling mechanism is made turbid as the water of the satd. moisture content at the temp. thereof or above is liberated. Such liquid falls by gravity into a separating tank 2. The physical force is exerted to the org. liquid entering the separating tank 2 by a sepn. accelerating mechanism 5 such as rotating propeller, by which the org. liquid is separated from the water. The water is discharged from the upper part of a discharge mechanism 3 if the org. liquid is heavier than the water. The dehydrated org. liquid is discharged from the lower part.
