PURPOSE:To mold a pipe of favorable quality by enabling uniform control in loading of a woven-fabric-like reinforcing material over the whole width, by so constituting the titled method that an idly revolving roll is held in a state capable of performing a planetary revolution along the external circumference of a core material round which a reinforcing material is wound and the reinforcing material is rewound and drawn out by centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION:The titled method is so constituted that an idly revolving roll 2 is arranged in parallel with the external circumference of a reinforcing material core 1, the idly revolving roll 2 is held in a state capable of performing a planetary revolution along the external circumference of the reinforcing material core 1, for example, by an arm 3 and a reinforcing material 1A to be rewound and drawn out by centrifugal force is drawn out through the idly revolving roll 2. At the initial stage wherein the reinforcing material core 1 and a cylindri cal mold 4 are rotated synchronously, the idly revolving roll 2 is fixed to the reinforcing material core 1, simultaneously with release of the reinforcing material 1A the idly revolving roll 2 is released and drawing-out of the reinforcing material 1A is followed by the planetary revolution. With this construction, the transposition under a uniform state is enabled irrespec tive of the size of a width of a woven-fabric-like reinforcing material and formation of a pipe of favorable quality, which is not disorderls in arrangement, or forming of an inner lining surface is enabled. |
