CONTROL METHOD OF BURNER DEVICE FOR GENERATING HOT WIND AT GRAINDRYER

PURPOSE:To control burning operation exactly with simple control means based on the pattern of two positions by switching over alternatively between two positions of the pattern by comparing hot wind temp. with the set one in such a way that a plurality of combination patterns of a pair of two positions are settled from a plurality of control positions which varies fuel supply amount stepwisely and the pattern of two positions corresponding to the set temp. is selected from the patterns. CONSTITUTION:Hot wind temp. to be generated is settled by a temp. set dial 5 and after the pattern of two positions adapted to the set temp. is selected by a temp. control circuit 6, output is transmitted to a valve control circuit 7 to operate a burner device. The burner device is switched over alternatively and operated between the two positions of the selected pattern. Switch over operation is carried out by comparing a temp. signal which is put in the circuit 6 after detection by a hot wind temp. sensor TH with the set temp. settled in the circuit 6 and alternative switching over operation between the two positions controls to generate hot wind in a given temp. range.
