PURPOSE:To perform the development processing in directions other than orthogonal directions by inverting the input order of surface data and grouping surface data and bend data and extracting surface data adjacent to each other to correct the extent of elongation in a development processing system of shape data of metal plate parts. CONSTITUTION:After surface data 1c-4c after inversion of the input order are outputted from surface data 1a-4a by an input order inversion selecting means 11, data are grouped into a group (c) of surface data 1c, 2c, and 3c and bend data 5b and 6b which belong to outside shape data of metal plate parts and a group (d) of surface data 4c and bend data 7b belonging to inside shape data of metal plate parts by a grouping means 12, and connection data (e) is outputted by a connecting means 13 of surface data adjacent to each other, and developed data (f) is outputted from connection data (e) by a means 14 which eliminates the extent of elongation of materials.
