<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension of the apparatus and prevent the slip-off of a wire by shifting a plurality of tray groups in the integral form with the wire and feeding the trays to a paper discharge port in succession and controlling a driving means for the wire by detecting the slackness of the wire. CONSTITUTION:A tray group 11 having a plurality of trays is equipped with guiding rollers 14 and 15 at the upper and lower edges and is vertically moved along a guide rail 17 through a wire 13. Said wire 13 is driven 12 by a motor 29 through an idle pulley 18 and a slackness detector 19. The paper sheet sent from a copying machine, etc. through guide plates 20 and 21 and transport rollers 22-25 is accommodated, by selecting a desired tray by vertically moving the tray group 11. When an abnormal force acts from outside during the lowering of the tray group 11 and the compulsory stop is to be generated, the slackness detector 19 detects the slackness, and immediately stops the motor 29. Therefore, even if an external force acts from outside, the wire is not slipped off, and the small-sized and lightweight structure can be obtained.</p> |
