摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable highly sensitive quantitative or qualitative analysis regardless of luminous or non-luminous material, by irradiating a trace of solid components in a sample liquid with an intense modulation light to measure a photoacoustic signal while the intensity and spectrum of emission from the sample liquid or the phase of light are measured. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from a light source 1 undergoes a strong modulation with a modulator 2 and enters a cell 3 as stimulating light 7 to generate a photoacoustic signal or fluorescence of a sample liquid. The photoacoustic signal is amplified with an amplifier 4 with the signal of the light modulator 2 as reference signal. On the other hand, the fluorescence is detected with a detector 5 and converted into an electrical signal to be amplified with an amplifier 6. Output signals of the amplifiers 4 and 6 are processed with a signal processor 11 and the concentration of components of the sample liquid are calculated and displayed. |
