PURPOSE:To suppress the circuit oscillation without losing the switching speed when the circuit is oscillated by providing a coil and transistors (TR) in Darlington connection in a power TR circuit via the coil. CONSTITUTION:When control signal is inputted to an input terminal 1, a photo isolator Q1 is turned on and a TR Q2 is turned off. Then a TR Q3 is turned on, while a TR Q4 is turned off and then a TR Q6 is also turned off. then a TR Q7 is turned on, a base current is fed to a base terminal (b) of a power TR module II via an output terminal 5 of a driver I and a cable 8 and the power TR circuit in the module II is turned on. In this case, the oscillation caused by the Darlington connection is suppressed by a coil L. Since a diode D3 eliminates the effect of the coil L, the switching time of the power TR circuit in the module II is unchanged. |
