PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a motor low speed rotation time by inserting a DC/DC converter between a battery and an inverter. CONSTITUTION:When a motor rotates at a high speed, the output voltage of a F/V converter 121 is raised, thereby increasing the conducting angle of a switching pulse aplied to a transistor 124 through a driver 123, and the output of a DC/DC converter 12 rises. On the other hand, when the motor rotates at a low speed, the value of the output voltage V of the converter 121 decreases, thereby reducing the conducting angle of a pulse train P1 to decrease the output voltage of the converter 12. |
