The lamellar blind is provided with foldable drawing members for actuating pivot levers. Between two following pivot levers (11) of the lamellae (9) for each drawing member (14, 15) there are provided at least two folding regions (19) which are fixed locally on the member (14, 15) and are made to act. The drawing member forms a continuous, foldable band or cable which is reinforced on separate regions (16, 17) such that it is rigid with respect to compression. The drawing member (14, 15) is connected pivotably (21) to the pivot levers (11), and the relative pivot region, through 90@, is delimited by means of a stop (12). Said lamellar blind is easy to operate and produce. It is foolproof to handle, inexpensive and requires a minimum amount of space, in particular in terms of guide rails. <IMAGE>
