PURPOSE:To improve the grasping feeling of a steering wheel without reducing the strength of a ring core material, by furnishing an air flow groove at the ring core material and, at the same time, a heating member to heat the air flow groove. CONSTITUTION:At the rear side of the core metals of spokes and the core metal of a ring, a recessed groove 7 is incorporated to make the air flow through. At the outer periphery of the ring core metal 9a, is installed a heater 10, whose heater wire is led into a pad through the spokes. And plural ports are furnished as air blow outlets at the recessed groove 7 of the ring core metal 9a at a covering material 12, with a distance from the heater wire in order to avoid to contact to the heater wire.
