APPARATUS FOR SOLIDIFYING WASTE PLASTICS

PURPOSE:To improve the solidifying characteristics in a solidifying apparatus by providing a grinding apparatus for grinding waste plastics in advance and another grinding apparatus for grinding them furthermore finer. CONSTITUTION:A grinding apparatus for plastics 6 is placed between a screw feeder 4 and a solidifying apparatus 5 and waste plastics cut out from the screw feeder 4 are supplied from a feeder of the grinding apparatus for plastics 6. The waste plastics supplied are discharged by means of the rotation of a rotating blade 8 to the radial direction of the rotating blade 8 through the gap between a fixed blade 7 and the rotating blade 8. In this operation, the waste plastics are ground furthermore finery by means of the fixed blade 7 and the rotating blade 8. The ground waste plastics are then put in the feeder 52 of the solidifying apparatus 5 through the outlet and solidified by means of this solidifying apparatus 5. As the solidifying ability of the solidifying apparatus is thereby improved and the solidifying process is carried out in good efficiency, the capacity of the driving motor used in the solidifying apparatus can be reduced.
