PURPOSE:To improve drawing efficiency and the quality of a drawing by providing a drawing means, a display means, a storing means, a signal converting means, and the first and second transfer control means. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 7 executes the first picture-formation processing program and draw a picture on the screen of a CRT 8. When the picture desired for using is displayed on the CRT 8, a key-input operation is executed. Then the microcomputer 7 executes the second picture-formation processing program, and starts the drawing of the desired picture on the screen of the CRT 8. If the key-input operation is executed as necessity at the time of drawing the picture, a control signal (a) is outputted from the microcomputer 7 to a changeover switch 5 and a picture processing part 3. And a picture data is transmitted to an RGB line 10 through the part 3, a D/A converting part 2, and the switch 5, and is superimposed on the image of the picture previously drawn on the screen of the CRT 8. As a result, the drawing capability is improved, and the picture is made with the high quality.
