<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a data storing time by giving a common address signal to plural PROM arrays at the time of the writing action, controlling a writing circuit by the higher order bit signal of the address signal and storing the data to plural PROM arrays continuously without changing an internal condition. CONSTITUTION:When data are written, by making a control signal 4 into a zero level, to the address signal 7, a switching circuit 18 outputs the output address signals 2 and 3 of an address counter 1 for writing. In the same way, the address signals 2 and 3 are outputted even to an address signal 8 by a switching circuit 19. Namely, since the address signals 2 and 3 are added even to the address of the first and second PROM 10 and 13, the first and second PROM 10 and 13 are operated as in the same address space. The counter 1 continues the action, address higher order bit data 3 comes to be 1, and then, a writing circuit 11 stops the writing, and by a writing circuit 12, the data 15 are stored to the second PROM 13.</p> |
