PURPOSE:To measure an amplitude and a phase with high accuracy by controlling a phase device connected to each element antenna so as to make the phase of a group of element antennas comparing plural element antennas in phase and obtaining the combined electric field of a group of the element antennas in this state. CONSTITUTION:In measuring the amplitude and phase of each element antenna 1 while all arrays are operated, a switch 10 is connected to the position of a control circuit 11, a transmission source 8 is operated at the same time and a ratio wave irradiated from an opposite antenna 9 is received. Then the phase of the measured antenna of each element antenna 1 is changed by a variable phase shifter 2 by the control circuit 11 based on the measuring theory and a receiver 12a and a computer 12b measure the array combined reception output level change at the same time.
