New chemical compounds having the generic formula: wherein X is one equivalent of a monovalent or polyvalent anion; R and R' are methyl or ethyl radicals; R1, R1', R2, R2' are hydrogen or a methyl radical; and Z is a radical selected from methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, or pentyl and having utility as incapacitating agents and in munitions.
