PURPOSE:To prevent warp of a member and peeling off in a joining part by heating a porous carbon electrode late in a non-oxidizing atmosphere at a specified temperature, bonding it with a carbon separator plate, fastening with a graphite plate, then curing and baking. CONSTITUTION:A porous carbon electrode plate 1 is heated in a nonoxidizing atmosphere at 1,300 deg.C or more. The carbon electrode plate 1 is bonded with a carbon separator 2 with they faced through paste to be carbonized. The bonded members are fastened with graphite plates, then cured and baked. As the porous carbon electrode plates, a material obtained by mixing carbon and oxygen in a resin plate, then baking and carbonizing is used. By this process, the heat shrinkage difference between embers, warp of members, and peeling off of bonding part can be prevented. |
