CONSTITUTION:Raw unhulled rice harvested is charged in a weighing machine 3 so as to be classified by an individual and a lead and packed in a flexible container 8 to be delivered and a definite amount of unhulled sample rice homogenized is taken out to a sample loader from the weighted raw unhulled rice by a weighing tank 7 through a reduction device 14 and a quantitative branch valve 15. The unhulled sample rice is charged in a sample dryer 18 to be dried up to set water content and the dried sample unhulled rice is charged in an independent inspection machine 23 to weigh whole unrefined rice and crushed rice and the ratio of both of them is calculated. At this time, the operation of each part is controlled on the basis of a load receiving number by a central controller 11 and a unrefined grain taking amount is classified by an individual and a load is registered in a business operator 10 on the basis of the independent inspection data of the unhulled sample rice corresponding to the load receiving number.
