PURPOSE:To execute an appropriate protection and containing of a surplus length by inscribing other circle to a circle having a large radius of curvature, in two guide walls, and containing an optical fiber cable between them. CONSTITUTION:The first guide wall 2 having a suitable radius of curvature R1, and the second guide wall 4 which is inscribed to the first guide wall 2, and has a larger radius of curvature R2 than an allowable minimum radius of curvature of an optical fiber cable 5 are provided on a plate-shaped base material 1. Also, in a part where the first guide wall 2 and the second guide wall 4 contact, a notch part 3 is provided by notching the first guide wall 2 by a suitable length. In this way, even against any surplus length which is generated in the optical fiber cable 5, all the surplus length can be contained and protected without forming the optical fiber cable 5 to the allowable minimum radius of curvature or below for cutting and losing it.
