PURPOSE:To form a bird observing device for obtaining continuously for many hours an image being almost still, by attaching a television camera to the lower part of an airborne floating body for floating in the air by utilizing a light gas, and bringing the airborne floating body to multipoint mooring. CONSTITUTION:The airborne floating body 1 for floating in the air by utilizing the light gas is moored by many mooring ropes 4 to a wall body 3 provided on the periphery of a station 2. A television camera 7 is attached to this mooring ring 10 by a supporting member 11. Also, the television camera 7 attached to the mooring ring 10 by the supporting member 11 is brought to a remote control by a control signal which is sent from the ground by utilizing a cable which is provided as necessary, or a radio wave.
