PURPOSE:To produce a high fuel saving effect by mutual action in system of an element, by a method wherein powder of a specified element or chemical compound is dispersed in a proper medium to form it into a proper shape to produce an element energy generator. CONSTITUTION:Powder of at least one diameter or chemical compound, selected according to characteristics in system of a chemical reaction series material from Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Sc, Y, Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Cr, Mo, Mn, Tc, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ni, Pd, Cu, Ag, Zn, Cd, B, A, Ga, In, C, Si, Ge, Sn, P, As, Sb, S, Se, Te, (Ba, La, Hf, Ce, Ta, Pr, W, Nd, Re, Pm, Os, Sm, Ir, Eu, Pt, Gd, Au, Tb, Hg, Dy, TI, Ho, Pb, Er, Bi, Tm, Yb and Lu) and oxide and nitride thereof, and a group, consisting of KBr, RbI, NaC, LiF, is dispersed in a medium, e.g., ceramic to form it into a proper shape. If the element energy generator is placed in a gasoline tank or secured to the outer peripheral surface of a dry battery or mounted to the radiation plate of various stoves, fuel economy can be improved.
