PURPOSE:To eliminate resin smell so as to obtain a clove-like aroma and to obtain an always stable image even in various kinds of environment by incorporating a specific aromatizing material (eugenols) into a titled toner. CONSTITUTION:This toner contains the compd. expressed by the formula, where R<1>, R<2> denote -H, -CH3, -OCH3 or -OC2H5, but either of R<1>, R<2> is always -H. The amt. of the compd. (eugenols) expressed by the formula to be compounded with the toner is 0.01-10pts.wt., more preferably 0.5-5pts.wt. by 100pts.wt. binder resin. The uncomfortable smell emitted from the conventional dry toner or copying machine is thereby suppressed and the clove-like aroma is emitted; in addition, the excellent image quality and stability are obtd. |
