PURPOSE:To improve the productivity in laser beam welding with a low output oscillator by continuously irradiating on the prescribed place by controlling the mirror for laser beam reflection with synchronous turning for its movement in the spot welding of the laser beam irradiation on the moving body to be welded. CONSTITUTION:The turning of the mirror 12 for reflection which irradiates on the prescribed place by reflecting a laser beam 10 is synchronously controlled by the turn of a motor 13 by an encoder 14, by detecting the moving speed of the body 7 to be welded which is fed in by a roller 6 with a sensor 15 as well as detecting it with a passage sensor 8. Since the irradiation of spot welding on the same place is made possible for long time comparatively the laser oscillator with small capacity will do and the production efficiency is improved due to the transfer of the body 7 to be welded being not stopped. |
