<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to release a crosslinked polymer well without damaging a light receiving face, by heat-treating a polymer which is bonded to a substrate and crosslinked and immersing the polymer in a polyamine. CONSTITUTION:A polymer (e.g., copolymer of glycidyl methacrylate and 4'- methacryloyloxychalcone, etc.,) which is bonded to a substrate (e.g., solid image pickup element, etc.,) and crosslinked is heat-treated (preferably at 250-350 deg.C) and immersed in a polyamine (e.g. modified aliphatic polyamine, etc.).</p> |
