<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, by threadedly engaging a valve member through a sleeve with a projecting portion of a rotating shaft of a stepping motor, and converting the rotation of the rotating shaft to a linear motion. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse-like driving signal is applied to coils 11 and 12, a rotor 2 of a stepping motor 1 is rotated, thereby rotating a rotating shaft 4. As a result, a sleeve 27 threadedly engaged with the rotating shaft 4 and prevented from rotating by an inner cylindrical portion 31a of a holder is axially linearly moved with a valve member along a guide groove 31c. With this arrangement, the structure may be simplified, and the size and weight may be reduced.</p> |
