Device for checking the pressure of the tyres of a motor vehicle, advantageously combined with an object of small size, such as in particular a key ring. According to the invention, the device comprises an elongated housing 14 sheltering a piston 16 and in which there is defined a measurement chamber 18, one end wall of which is constituted by the piston, the latter being held by a spring 28; the displacement of the piston 16 pushing back a cursor 33 for reading the pressure value. The cursor is mounted with a loose fit so as to record the position which is given by the piston. <IMAGE>
