PURPOSE:To produce a spherical composite particle containing a resin component integrated with a filler, easily, by melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin, a filler, water and an assistant to promote the dispersion of water in the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.(wt.) of a thermoplastic resin, preferably an olefinic resin resistant to swelling with water, especially a polyethylene or a copolymer of ethylene and other ethylenic unsaturated monomer, (B) 1-200pts. of a filler such as carbon black and (C) 1-60pts. of an assistant to promote the dispersion of water in the component A, preferably a hardly water-soluble or water- insoluble thermoplastic resin modified with an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid and having a solubility parameter (SP value) difference of <=2(cal/cm<3>)<1/2> from the component A are slowly or dividedly added with (D) >=0.1pts. of water and the mixture is kneaded under melting. |
