PURPOSE:To obtain a die useful for laying a wire material in a pipe in the lengthwise direction with a good precision simultaneously for molding the pipe by equipping on an internal or external wall body a wire inlet port that is penetrated in the axial direction and whose end is opened to a ringed passage. CONSTITUTION:In the die for a pipe in an extrusion molding machine, the wire inlet port 10 is provided so that it penetrates the external edge part of an internal wall body in the axial direction and consists of the inlet part 16 in the rear of the internal wall body, the outlet part 18 in the front flange part 15 and the projection part 20 inserted fixedly into the end of the outlet part 18. The wire material inlet port becomes sequentially and in steps smaller in diameter through the taper part in each communicator part of the inlet part 16, the outlet part 18, the projection part 20. By this die, pipe molding and laying of wire material in the pipe can be conducted simultaneously and continuously and the pipe laid in the lengthwise direction with good positional precision can be obtained with good productive efficiency. |
