SHUTTER OPENING MECHANISM FOR DISK CARTRIDGE

PURPOSE:To use a shutter with a single side opening structure according to the insertion to sides A and B by providing a specific guide means and a moving means. CONSTITUTION:The titled mechanism is constructed of the guide means having the 1st guide path 12a moving the shutter 6 of an inserted disk cartridge 5 and a locking member 13 in one direction according to the insertion of the disk cartridge 5 and the 2nd guide path 12b moving them in the reverse direction in terms of the 1st guide path 12a, and the means initially moving the locking member 13 lying in the middle of the 1st and 2nd guide paths 12a and 12b in the direction where either one of them can open the shutter 6 according as the upper face of the inserted cartridge 5 is the side A or B. The sides A and B of the disk cartridge 5 where the opening direction of the shutter is limited to one direction can be used and the shutter opening can be attained in accordance with the insertion.
